As always, congratulations on the speed of sending the gifts . Apart from a book that I did not receive (but for which I am in contact with customer service which, by the way, is also very fast and efficient), I have always received my gifts within a week of shipment, despite the fact that I live in Belgium. Hats off to all of you for the great work you do and keep it up.
