since soon 15 days I can no longer revalidate my Prizes on MadWin in the Sweepstake, I make a request with the desired points and the next day on Prizes or expensive for several days to validate the raffle Sweepstake can no longer do it because it tells me that I already have valid and what is necessary because I only do it once. ex for the flex clock you need to validate for 3 days and well I can only validate once because it marks me that I have already played 😵 I have already written twice to customer service and I still do not have an answer could help

Indeed, in recent days, the rule concerning the validation of Sweepstakes has been modified. It doesn't change anything for some Prizes (bookmark, loving hand, make-up set or manicure...) with daily prints, but for the rest, you can only Confirm one request per prize regardless of the date of the draw.
