Hello!!
I'm just starting out but I don't think you can access the tournaments for a simple and good reason that it's not free!!
to access the tournament, you have to buy credits!!
I don't see any other reason!
I hope I have informed you!!

moreover I believe that there is a history of levels!!
New Player or expedition!!!
so you can't participate in all the tournaments if you are a New Player!!!
otherwise it can be a technical order (a bug) and in this ka la, consult the customer service!!
