regarding the fact that nobody answers, you just have to take into consideration that we are in holiday period and that a good part of our team is absent, that is (at least) twice as much work for those who are present 😉 so inevitably we lack a little time, me to manage the forum, and the customer service team to manage the messages that are addressed to them !
