Hi, I have the same problem, it's been about 2 weeks since I can't play any games while in August I had no problem and I even played almost every night

I've been trying to play my games for 3 days but I can't get there I click on one of them I tried them all but it puts me on hold without any further help. Thanks for your help. If it can help I haven't been connected for a month I was on holiday. Thank you
