Customer Service tells me to be patient and that my request will be processed...
However, I find that the response times far exceed 72 hours.
Despite my important investment, I am only close to the cheque for 100€. The system of winning points would have to be reviewed, I think, especially for credit games.
It's a pity because the games on the site are attractive...
