Have you tried to log out and log in again? It turns out your points were credited later. It's happened to me before and it works in principle. Otherwise try to contact customer service.

Hello, I often have the following problem:
When I have finished a game (free or credit), the message remains displayed, and the points earned are not credited. Why? Why??
