That depends. If it's won by redeeming madpoints in the window, then you have to wait a little bit (like 1 or 2 weeks at most.)

I recently ordered stuffed animals for my nephews and nieces. It took me a few days (3 or 4) and they are already on their way ^^^ So don't worry, it will be fast enough, trust madwin.
