I won a check for 2 € thanks to the Super Winner and I would like to convert it into points but when I convert I have this word that appears: "you don't have the DreamCard Silver or Superior Status. You must have acquired at least DreamCard Silver status to be able to perform this action.
You will be redirected to the previous page. ".😡
Someone could explain to me what these statutes are.
