Hello,

I wanted to offer for a birthday a virtual gift. So I chose a green diamond worth 2000 madpoints. They were debited from my account (on the evening of 12/09/2012), but it seems that they never arrived on the receiving account. Is it a bug or do you need more time?

Following the answer from customer service, I would like to point out that, and I quote: "your friend does not receive points but only the image you offer him".
Very disappointed to learn that I put 2000 points in an IMAGE... 😢 Notice

to ukayalie who had the same problem as me.

Hello,

We haven't been reported any bugs on this. Once you buy the gift , you have to remember to select the friend to whom you want to offer the image.

If you encounter any problems, do not hesitate to write to customer service who will carry out checks and can guide you.
