my problem is that I want to exchange my 5 euro checks won on cash island and other prizes on the games loot in points my people tell me that its impossible because its already programmed for a shipment. I am nothing programmed. on my dreamcard gold and well written that all the prizes won are exchangeable for points so why its so complicated...
