hello, my gift (a children's book) was validated on 03/01/17, but it has still not been sent. This delay seems very, very long, no!

what's weird is that I won another gift on 25/02, validated on 03/03 and I've already received it.
So if it is a temporary or permanent stock shortage, a little message to warn us wouldn't be too much!
